Care Instructions:

1. Wipe gently with a wet cloth, DO NOT WET OR PUT IN DISHWASHER.
2. Rub down with any edible oil occasionally.
3. TLC will be reciprocated.
4. The more you use and oil it, the better it will get.
5. This is a cutting board NOT a chopping board. Mild chopping of onions is OK. Chopping bones is NO NO.
6. By the way, HACCP suggests different prep boards/knives etc for vegetables, fish and meat !!!
